Fees
It's totally free to list your space. We do charge a small Host fee of 5% that's deducted from your earnings for each booking. The fee allows us to provide you with great Host benefits!
Earnings
Simple and seamless, your earnings will be paid directly into your Stashbee wallet. We'll even chase late payments and cover missed ones too.
Taxes
You won't have to pay tax on your earnings if they're less than £1,000 a year. Just make sure you declare anything above that to HMRC.

Cancellations
Rent out your space on your terms by choosing the days and times it's available. Plus, you can cancel a booking before it has started if you need to.

Absolutely. We take our platform safety very seriously at Stashbee. All storage Renters go through our verification process before they can book anything. Our secure payment system handles all the money coming in from a Renter. And don't worry - you're always in control of who gets to use your space.
The amount of money you can earn from your space depends on a variety of factors:

- The features of your space (e.g. how secure and easy it is to access)
While we recommend a price based on similar listings, you've got the final say on what you want to charge. Some of our Hosts are earning hundreds each month from spaces they weren't even using, proving that renting out your space is a great way to make extra money.

Not at all. You get to choose when your space is available. Maybe you only want to rent out during the summer when you're not using your garage or you want to rent out your parking space while you’re at work. You can adjust your availability whenever you need to.

Life happens, and sometimes you might need your space back unexpectedly. While we always encourage Hosts to stick to their commitments, we understand emergencies come up. Just let us know as early as possible, and we'll help sort things out between you and your Renter.
Most Renters store pretty ordinary stuff - furniture, sports equipment, household items, storage boxes, cars, motorbikes, or trailers. Depending on their situation, Renters use Stashbee for both short and long-term storage. Don't worry about anything dodgy - we've got strict rules against hazardous or illegal items.
Absolutely. We'll send booking requests your way, and you can check out who's asking before you say yes. You're never obligated to accept anyone you're not comfortable with.
It's up to you. If you're not around or prefer minimal contact, key safes or remote access can work just as well. Whatever fits your lifestyle.
The Renter can only access your space depending on the access options you’ve set on your listing. You can edit your listing to mention the specific access hours or state that prior notice is required to access the space. You can also set your listing to 'drop-off only', which means Renters will access the space at the start of a booking to leave their items and then pick them up at the end. However, the more flexible your access settings, the more likely you are to get a booking.
